The 2022 Premier’s Sustainability Awards Finalists have been announced – and we are so pleased to participate with this year’s changemakers!
Euroa Environment Group is a finalist for the Community Champion award in the Premier’s Sustainability Awards 2022 – Future Energy category.
Celebrating their 20th anniversary in 2022, the awards shine a spotlight on the innovators and leaders in sustainability. 41 finalists have been selected across each of the six categories:
- Future Energy
- Thriving Environment
- Sustainable Places and Destinations
- Circular Economy Innovation
- A healthy and fair society
- Waste and litter reduction
A Community Champion and Industry Leader will be crowned for each of the categories, as well as a Premier’s Recognition Award and Premier’s Regional Recognition Award. Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in September.
The Premier’s Sustainability Awards are presented in collaboration with Sustainability Victoria on behalf of the Victorian government, Banksia Foundation, and Keep Australia Beautiful (Vic).
Environment Protection Authority (EPA), Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, and the Department of Environment, Land, Water, and Planning are sponsors of this year’s awards.
