Mondo connecting Stockyard Hill Wind Farm to grid

Mondo built and commissioned the 500kV Haunted Gully Terminal station and 74 kms of 132 kV transmission lines in 2019 to connect the 149-turbine 527.5 MW Stockyard Hill Wind Farm (SHWF) to the Victorian Declared Shared Network (DSN).

Mondo is currently installing 2 x 50 MVAr, 132 kV C-type harmonic filters connected to 132 kV bus at HGTS to meet AEMO requirements.

It is great to see that works have progressed on schedule even with the additional challenges posed by current Covid19 restrictions in Victoria.

A huge thank you to Mondo project team, our delivery partner Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) and their civil subcontractor, Civil Infrastructure Group (CIG) for their efforts in progressing the works safely under these challenging circumstances.
